A message from Church Warden Annie Walsh
Dear Friends,
Two reasons to be cheerful . . . tomorrow morning (Saturday) at 10.30 am we have our monthly ‘Catch Up Coffee Morning’ in the Llandegla School Playground Pavilion (see poster) . . . . and on Sunday we have the return of the Rev Dorothi Evans to take our 10.00 am service at St Tecla’s Church.
It is great news that Dorothi is back on her feet after her serious operation last year and on Sunday she will be driving over from Corwen especially to take our service, so do please make an effort to support her and be there if you can.
As always, the Roots resources for children and families and a Morning Worship service for the Eighth Sunday after Trinity can be found at St Tecla's Church (llandegla.wales)
. The latter can also be particularly useful for reaching out and keeping contact with those who are unable, or are too nervous to return to church at this time; the intercessions and the bible notes within are of course for wider use too. Also attached are the Sunday Blue Readings sheet and the bilingual readings and responsorial sheets form the Diocese. Please note that the latter is the set of alternative readings for this Sunday which are dedicated to St James.
Best wishes to all
Annie Walsh
